North Michigan Avenue celebrated sustainability this past summer in area hotels, restaurants, retail stores, spas and more with green special offers. 

Hotel Felix offered a “Green” package which included accomodation in one of their new contemporary & luxurious guestrooms, an eco-friendly cotton tote, a shopping & dinning visitor rewards booklet to The Shops and North Bridge and a Give Green gift card where partial proceeds are donated to American Forests.  The Water Tower Place gave out free tote bags with same day purchases totalling over $50.  They also gave out other perks for out-of-the-area drivers licenses, hotel-keys, and passports.  The Museum of Contemporary Art (MCA) encouraged the use of bikes, they offered two-for-one admission for those who showed their bike helmet at the admissions desk.  These are just to new a few of the great green initiatives that were going on this summer within The Magnificent Mile!  Even though the offers are done, we encourage you to continue in your green efforts!
