Join Us on The Magnificent Mile for the 2010 Windy City Rubber Ducky Derby!

image

More than 30,000 rubber duckies will splash down into the Chicago River on Thursday, August 12, 2010 at 1:00pm. Instead of turning green for St. Patrick’s Day, the river will turn yellow for Derby Day! Not only is it a sight to see, but it is for a great cause. You can support the Special Olympics Illinois and enter to win great prizes by adopting a duck to race on derby day. Increase your chances by adopting more than one!

How does it work?
For every duck you adopt, you receive a 7 digit number. Your duck (along with 29,999 of its closest friends) will be dropped into the Chicago River off Columbus Drive on race day. Lucky ducks are then drawn from the River for fabulous prizes!

What could I win?
You could win a Magnificent Mile Weekend!

-Two-night stay at Swissôtel Chicago
-Shopping spree at Water Tower Place
-Dinner for four at Frankie’s Scaloppine
-Tour tickets for four aboard a Chicago Trolley and Double Decker and to the top of the John Hancock Observatory
-Spa treatments at Tiffani Kim Institute (see below for complete spa package)
